Stacie Vonderheide and Nancy Ruholl combined to score 40 points Thursday night, helping the St. Anthony Lady Bulldogs post a 72-48 victory at home over Windsor/Stew-Stras.

The Lady Bulldogs led throughout. They were on top 15-9 after the opening eight minutes and expanded that to 38-24 at halftime. The Lady Hatchets got within 53-43 after three quarters, but SAHS outscored their guests 19-5 in the final eight minutes to pull away.

Vonderheide finished with 23 points and Ruholl scored 17. Addysen Rios was also in double figures, adding 13 more. Vonderheide also grabbed 13 rebounds to finish with a double-double. In addition, she had seven assists and two steals.

The Lady Bulldogs improved to 7-1 overall and 2-0 in the National Trail Conference. They will return to action Monday with a home game against Altamont.
