The St. Anthony Lady Bulldogs jumped out a quick lead and rolled to a 69-45 win Saturday at Flora.
Adysen Rios and Nancy Ruholl both scored eight points in the opening quarter, helping St. Anthony build a 19-9 lead.
Stacie Vonderheide then pumped in 10 points in the second period, as the Lady Bulldogs built a 35-20 advantage at halftime. It was 55-34 after three quarters.
Vonderheide finished with a double-double that included a game-high 23 points and 14 rebounds. Ruholl scored 16 points and Rios added 12.
Vonderheide now has 974 career points, leaving her just 26 points shy of the 1,000-point level. She is now averaging 24 points and 10 rebounds a game.
The Lady Bulldogs improved to 12-5 on the season. They will return to action Monday night with a home game against Salem.
