Joey Niebrugge and Garrett Gaddis combined to score 32 points Saturday, leading the Teutopolis Wooden Shoes to a 52-37 win at Warrensburg-Latham.

The Shoes took a 12-8 lead after the opening period and built on it throughout. They were up 25-19 at halftime and 43-31 heading into the final eight minutes.

Niebrugge scored 17 points and Gaddis added 15 to lead all scorers in the game. Niebrugge had a strong all-around game. He finished with a double-double after pulling down 11 rebounds and also had five steals.

The Shoes improved to 11-5 on the season. They will return to action Tuesday with a home game against St. Joe-Ogden.
