The Teutopolis Lady Shoes exploded in the middle two quarters Thursday night, pulling away for a 68-25 decision at Flora.

The Lady Shoes led by a slim 16-14 margin after the first quarter, mainly due to Chloe Probst, who knocked down two three-pointers and scored 10 points.

But the next 16 minutes were different. T-Town outscored the Lady Wolves 44-10 over that span to break the game open.

Probst had a sensational offensive game. She also scored 11 points in the third period and finished with a game-high 30. She made 11-of-21 shots overall, including 4-of-7 from behind the arc. Mollie Ruholl also connected on a couple shots from long range and scored 12.

The Lady Shoes improved to 16-4 on the season. They will play Saturday at the Highland Tournament. They are scheduled to face Troy Triad at 5:30 p.m.
