The Teutopolis volleyball team played host to Newton Monday night and posted a three-game victory.
The scores were 25-19, 12-25, 25-16.
For THS, Kelsey Deters had 5 digs, 1 kill, 1 ace, 2 points, 38 sets and 20 assists; Hannah Rodgers 1 set; Tia Probst 2 sets; Holly Heuerman 5 digs, 2 hits, 1 ace, 2 points; Emily Konkel 2 blocks, 1 dig, 3 kills, 2 aces, 4 points; Carly Michels 10 digs, 18 hits, 9 kills, 6 points, 2 sets; Erica Michels 8 digs, 30 hits, 15 kills, 1 ace, 3 points, 1 set; Lexie Niebrugge 2 digs, 1 point, 1 set; Ciara Roepke 10 digs, 3 kills, 5 hits, 1 ace, 7 points, 5 sets, 1 assist; and Kaitlyn Schumacher 3 blocks, 3 hits, 1 kill.
Newton won the junior varsity match by scores of 26-24, 25-14. The two teams split the freshman match. The Lady Shoes won the opener 25-19, but then lost 19-25.
T-Town, now 14-11, will play at home tonight (Tuesday) against Altamont.
