The Effingham girls tennis team played at Olney Thursday and dropped a 9-0 decision.

“The girls went up against an always tough Olney team,” EHS coach Erick Williamson said. “This is another match we will look at and learn from and then move forward and grow as a team. I’m excited with the communication and teamwork I saw out of our doubles teams, which is encouraging, heading into our week of the Apollo Conference Tournament.”

The Lady Hearts will play Monday at Mt. Zion.
