The St. Anthony Bulldogs built an early lead and then rolled to a 68-48 victory Tuesday night at home against Salem.

Ryan Schmidt pumped in 10 points and Keenan Griffith added five more, as the Bulldogs built a 22-12 lead after the opening eight minutes.

Schmidt had seven more in the second period, as the hosts expanded their lead to 24 points, 41-17, at intermission.

Three Bulldogs scored in double figures. Schmidt led the way with 19 points, while Brock Fearday scored 15 and Will Fearday added 13.

St. Anthony, now 3-2, will play Friday night at North Clay. It will be their National Trail Conference opener.
