The St. Anthony Lady Bulldogs played tough throughout, but Sullivan used a 12-5 scoring surge in the fourth quarter to come away with a 57-46 win Saturday afternoon at The Enlow Center.

The Lady Bulldogs led 12-10 after the first period and still owned a two-point edge, 27-25, at halftime. Sullivan came back to take a 45-41 lead after three quarters.

Emily White had 14 of her game-high 26 points in the second half, sparking Sullivan.

St. Anthony’s Riley Guy also had a strong game, pumping in 22 points. Guy had 15 of those in the final two periods. Reese Jones added 11 for the Lady Bulldogs.

St. Anthony dipped to 3-6 overall. The Lady Bulldogs will play three National Trail Conference games this week – Monday at home against Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City; Wednesday at Neoga; and Saturday at St. Elmo/Brownstown. St. Anthony is 3-2 in the NTC.
