Riley Guy and Lucy Fearday combined to score 51 points Monday night, leading the St. Anthony Lady Bulldogs to a 69-57 victory at home over Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City.

Guy poured in 30 points and Fearday added 21 more, as the Lady Bulldogs improved to 4-6 overall and 4-2 in the National Trail Conference.

Guy and Fearday both scored nine points in the opening eight minutes, helping SAHS take an 18-16 lead. Guy tallied 11 more in the second period and the Lady Bulldogs took a 35-27 to the locker room at halftime.

St. Anthony then outscored CHBC 19-13 in the third period to expand its advantage to 54-40. Fearday scored 12 points and Guy added 10 in the second half.

The Lady Bulldogs will play two more NTC contests this week – Thursday at Neoga and Saturday at St. Elmo/Brownstown.
