The Teutopolis Lady Shoes continued their strong play Tuesday night, posting an impressive 65-36 victory at home over Altamont.

The game was never close. Mollie Ruholl knocked down a pair of three-pointers and scored nine points in the opening quarter, helping T-Town build a 26-6 lead. By halftime, the lead had expanded to 39-16, and it was 50-23 heading into the final eight minutes.

The Lady Indians’ Grace Nelson led all scorers with 17 points, but 12 of those came in the second half. Peyton Osteen added 11 for Altamont.

Teutopolis had three players in double figures. Ruholl led the way with 16 points, while Chloe Probst scored 14 and Kelsey Niemerg added 12.

The Lady Shoes are now 17-7 on the season. They will return to action Friday at Effingham.
