Bloomington Central Catholic used a 30-19 scoring advantage in the second half Friday night to come away with a 58-46 decision over the Teutopolis Lady Shoes in a game played a Parkland College in Champaign.

The Lady Saints broke out to a 22-16 lead after the first eight minutes, but T-Town got four points from both Isabella Zerrusen and Chloe Probst in the second period to pull within 28-27 at intermission.

BCC then outscored the Lady Shoes 13-9 in the third quarter and 17-10 in the final period to finish with the 12-point victory.

Chloe Probst was the lone player in double figures for THS, scoring 13 points. Zerrusen added nine.

The Lady Shoes are now 17-11 on the season. They will return home Monday to play Neoga.
